Potomac Development Academy review: Richmond United teams sweep NJCSA, get swept by Red Bulls

Teams in the D.C., Maryland and Virginia area returned to league play in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy after the long winter break, although some games were rearranged given the continued cold temperatures and snowy conditions.
